Learn Sight Words
"Look, Say, Cover, Write, Check"
There are several ways to teach sight words. This method is one way to teach the more challenging sight words.
Sight word:
WOULD

- Look carefully at this sight word. What do you see? How many letters does it have? Which letters does it have? How many vowels?
- Say this word slowly several times. Listen for which sounds you hear.
- Cover and Write the word from memory
- Check your spelling.
